1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing focusinsight.digital or enrolling in training programs operated by Focusinsight, you agree to these General Terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Services description
Focusinsight provides professional training studio services, including Performance Targeting Review Training, private team labs, and related materials. Services are educational; we do not operate ad accounts or guarantee business outcomes.
3. Registration and accounts
You must provide accurate contact and billing information. We may refuse registration if prior agreements were breached or if studio capacity is full.
4. Intellectual property
Curriculum, templates, facilitator notes, and site content remain Focusinsight property unless a separate license states otherwise. You may use materials for internal business purposes after program completion; redistribution or resale is prohibited without written consent.
5. User responsibilities
You are responsible for data you submit, compliance with applicable advertising policies, and conduct during sessions. Harassment or misuse of other participants may result in removal without refund.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Slovak law, Focusinsight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of training materials or inability to achieve marketing results. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Courts in Žilina Region shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation before litigation.
8. Termination and modifications
We may suspend access for breach of terms. We may update these terms with notice on this site; material changes apply to new enrollments after the posted date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
