Refund & Cancellation

1. Scope
This policy applies to tuition for training programs listed on focusinsight.digital. Informational prices are not checkout offers; enrollment is confirmed by signed quote or invoice.
2. Consumer withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer under Slovak law, you may withdraw within 14 days of distance contract conclusion without giving a reason, unless services began with your express consent before the period ended.
3. Business clients
B2B contracts follow the cancellation terms on your invoice. Standard: full refund if cancelled 21+ days before start; 50% credit if 8–20 days; no refund within 7 days unless we cancel.
4. Non-refundable items
Travel you book separately, third-party tools, and completed digital deliveries after download are non-refundable. Custom private lab preparation fees may be non-refundable after interviews begin.
5. How to request
Email legal@focusinsight.digital with invoice number, program name, and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
6. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7. Cancellations by Focusinsight
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. We are not liable for your incidental travel costs.
8. Exceptions and consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection and relevant EU directives. Disputes may be referred to SOI or alternative dispute resolution bodies in Slovakia.
