2. Categories of data
We process identity and contact data, company information, billing details, communication content, technical logs, cookie data, and—when you enroll—campaign exports you voluntarily submit for training exercises.
3. Purposes of processing
Purposes include delivering training, responding to inquiries, invoicing, improving our website, fulfilling legal obligations, and—where consented—analytics.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Processing relies on contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interests such as site security (Art. 6(1)(f)), legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)), and consent for non-essential cookies or marketing email (Art. 6(1)(a)).
5. Retention
Contact form data: 24 months. Contract and invoice data: per Slovak accounting rules (typically 10 years). Training working copies: deleted 30 days after program end unless extended by agreement. Cookie consent logs: 12 months.
6. Recipients and processors
We use EU-based hosting, email delivery, and invoicing providers under data processing agreements. A current list is available on request.
7. International transfers
Primary storage is within the EEA. If a tool requires transfer outside the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable. You may withdraw consent without affecting prior processing. Lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
9. Security measures
We apply access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), staff confidentiality training, and periodic review of vendor security practices.
10. Children
Services are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 16.
11. Policy changes
We update this notice when practices change. The last updated date appears at the top. Significant changes are highlighted on the website.
